At Lavish Lil Girls Spa, we specialize in creating magical, kid-friendly spa experiences that combine fun and relaxation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – Lavish Lil Girls Spa

Effective Date: March 25, 2024

1. Booking & Reservations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all party bookings.

Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

Remaining balance must be paid three days prior to the day of the event.

2. Payments

We accept, Card, Apple pay and Cash App.

Full payment must be completed by the agreed due date.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 72 hours may result in loss of all payments.

No-shows will not be refunded.

4. Rescheduling

Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Subject to availability. One reschedule allowed.

5. Arrival & Time Policy

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation

Events end at scheduled time.

6. Supervision & Safety

A parent/guardian must be present.

We use kid-friendly products but are not responsible for allergic reactions.

7. Party Conduct

Unsafe behavior may result in termination of services.

Clients are responsible for damages.

8. Photos & Media

Photos may be used for promotion unless declined in writing.

9. Add-Ons & Customizations

Must be requested in advance and may include additional fees.

10. Liability

We are not liable for injury, lost items, or undisclosed allergies.

11. Weather Policy

Severe weather may allow rescheduling. No refunds otherwise.
